On September 30, 2010, AC Warehouse installed a 5 ton Lennox AC system and replaced duct work at the above location.
Both myself and my wife were and are very pleased with the entire outcome! The previous system was also a Lennox system, however the original installation was never satisfactory due to inadequate duct capacity.
We had decided to "hear" from 7 AC companies. Vincent Vafiades was the only one who was thorough enough to assimilate my description of our current (old) system's inadequacies, and our expectations of a new system. Vincent was the only person who surveyed our attic and determined the shortcomings of our duct system. We were 40% below needed air flow for both supply and return air!
Rob J. was very attentive of our needs during the entire installation process and the installation crew of Bruce and Rob C. were outstanding. The installation created the least amount of disruption physically and mentally because of the quality people involved every step of the way.
Our house behaves like a different home because we have more air reaching areas that never had adequate cooling before!

Thank you for helping me yesterday to re-establish the contract for the Daughters of the American Revolution's chapter house in Historic Pioneer Park in down town Sarasota.
I wanted to tell you about the positive experience we had this morning with Bill Garlock who performed the semi-annual service at our home. It was so kind of him to help us move a car in the garage so he could get to the air handler, and his help in getting the tubs of Xmas tree ornaments out of the garage access attic. Don had a massive stroke 26 months ago. He can not use his left hand or leg well. It was wonderful to have Bill's assistance. Real holiday cheer.

Whenever I receive exceptional service, I like to take a few moments to acknowledge that.
When I telephoned the Bradenton office to set up an estimate for A/ C replacement, the woman I spoke with was very pleasant, and again, sorry, I don't recall her name.
I was interested in replacing my existing older home A/C unit. I had several A/C contractors submit estimates to do this job . Pat , from your company was the 2nd to visit my home. Pat was extremely helpful and informative in presenting his cost estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the options available to me , including tax credits, FPL credits, etc . Pat was a pleasure to deal with, and by far , the most helpful of the salespersons who visited my home. I was very impressed with Pat.
I decided to have A/C Warehouse install my new A/C unit, and cost was not the only factor that influenced my decision.
I was scheduled for removal of my old A/C and installation of the new unit on February 2nd. The installation crew showed up promptly at the scheduled time and immediately took steps to protect my carpets while they figured out their plan of action. These two gentlemen, Jake & Dan, were very professional, personable and respectful of me and my home. They seemed to work together like the proverbial "Well Oiled Machine", very efficient and quick. I'm very pleased with their work. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up any dust or debris that occurred during the installation process (probably cleaner than when they arrived) . They explained the operation of the new system and thermostat and patiently answered all my questions. Once more, I'm impressed.
I've only had interactions with four of your employees, but if their representative of your staff, A/C Warehouse is one of the finest organizations I've dealt with. You may rest assured, that I will certainly let everyone I know of my experience with A/ C Warehouse, and that I'll strongly recommend your services.

I would like to tell you that you have some excellent employees on your staff. Last Wednesday they had the unenviable task of reinstalling equipment and completing numerous task related to my mother's A/C.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C work of any type. They had to repair vandalized equipment and work in very hot conditions on the roof. The repairmen were consummate professionals, very diligent hard-working and they took the time to do the job RIGHT!
What is more, they even took the time to explain exactly what was being done, and why. Enumerating the many points of where items had been vandalized.
